Then comes Part 4.<\/span>\u00a0Fun Fact:\u00a0Brickset<\/a>\u00a0contains 2 pages of sets for The LEGO Batman Movie!<\/span>\u00a0It’s not my intention to ramble, but I find it difficult to keep up with the pace when I’m passionate about a topic!<\/span><\/p>\n

Although I did not think I would need one for these articles I am now realizing that it is necessary to both of us to be more efficient.<\/span>\u00a0Although there is a Batman figure in almost every set, there are subtle differences due to variations in the faceprint.<\/span>\u00a0These minor details are not important enough to waste your time or mine. I will simply say that the Batman figure is the same with any of the various face variants.<\/span>\u00a0This will also apply to the generic Robin or Batgirl figures in this wave.<\/span><\/p>\n

(70906) The Joker Notorious Lowerrider:<\/span><\/h3>\n

This is the set that I remember seeing when the first wave of waves was revealed.<\/span>\u00a0This was the set I wanted most.<\/span>\u00a0Joker and Batgirl were both the same versions as in previous sets.<\/span>\u00a0Harley Quinn<\/a>\u00a0however, was a new and wonderful version.<\/span>\u00a0A\u00a0new hair mold<\/a>\u00a0was gifted to her. It looked amazing.<\/span>\u00a0Her\u00a0faceprint<\/a>\u00a0was comic-like, with the red and black colours blending so well.<\/span>\u00a0An emo-styled\u00a0body<\/a>\u00a0was presented to her, complete with a spike neck choke and printed spike neck collar.<\/span>\u00a0Amazing skull printing was done on her arms.<\/span>\u00a0It didn’t end there.<\/span>\u00a0It was too printed on her\u00a0legs<\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0I was impressed at the LEGO printing she did.<\/span>\u00a0As a weapon\u00a0, she was given a<\/a>-printed bat piece!<\/span><\/p>\n

The lowrider was a great choice, but I couldn’t believe that it cost $50 USD.<\/span>\u00a0This set looked great for $30, so I signed up.<\/span>\u00a0It was not cheap, though.<\/span>\u00a0Its main feature was the suspension at its wheels. This allowed it to bounce around as it moved.<\/span>\u00a0Two Technic pins could be found under the trunk screen. These pins could be used to launch spring-loaded missiles out of the boot.<\/span>\u00a0It was overall a beautiful set but it seemed $20 too costly.<\/span><\/p>\n

This set was so action-packed.<\/span>\u00a0This set came with 7 Minifigures, so let’s get into them!<\/span><\/p>\n

Batman<\/span><\/h5>\n

As I mentioned before, the generic Batman included in this set was only one of many variations released in the wave.<\/span>\u00a0We also got three additional Batsuits in this set.<\/span>\u00a0This set included a brand new\u00a0Scuba Batsuit<\/a>\u00a0with a blue cowl.<\/span>\u00a0The under was a simple, plain white face.<\/span>\u00a0This suit was printed only on the front, back and sides of the torso.<\/span>\u00a0The suit came with four attachments: a scuba mask and a scuba belt. There were also two flippers.<\/span>\u00a0Also, the\u00a0Raging Batmansuit<\/a>\u00a0was quite cool.<\/span>\u00a0It came with a cowl mould in dark blue and a cape.<\/span>\u00a0It came with a white, blank face.<\/span>\u00a0Although the torso was simple, it was nice to get boxing gloves in purple.<\/span>\u00a0The legs were printed with shorts in mind and dual-molded.<\/span>\u00a0The\u00a0Batpack Batsuit<\/a>\u00a0was the final.<\/span>\u00a0This Batman was more formal, wearing a gold helmet and a white head.<\/span>\u00a0We got a black and gold dual-sided cape and a sexy torso.<\/span>\u00a0Although the suits were very cool, they did not interest me.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bruce Wayne<\/span><\/h5>\n

Bruce Wayne received a new hairpiece, similar to the Superman one in the\u00a0Batman\u00a0sets.<\/span>\u00a0His head perfectly matched the cocky, wealthy and successful man.<\/span>\u00a0His torso was dressed in a white suit, which made him appear dashing.<\/span>\u00a0He was also given a bowtie, and a glass.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alfred<\/span><\/h5>\n

Alfred was a wonderful addition.<\/span>\u00a0This set was just for me.<\/span>\u00a0A new hair accessory was presented to him – it was our first bald hairpiece.<\/span>\u00a0Technically, the piece was not completely bald. It had hair molded onto its sides.<\/span>\u00a0It was an amazing piece, and it was very original.<\/span>\u00a0His faceprint was perfectly fitting.<\/span>\u00a0But, there was something that I never understood about this Minifigure.<\/span>\u00a0LEGO printed a suit to fit his torso. It was a very elegant design.<\/span>\u00a0The suit print had clearly been adorned with a tie.<\/span>\u00a0Why would LEGO provide a bowtie for him?<\/span>\u00a0He was given a bowtie and a tie to wear simultaneously.<\/span>\u00a0It’s almost like wearing slippers with shoes on top.<\/span>\u00a0Like it makes no sense.<\/span>\u00a0Perhaps I have never heard of this fashion trend, or perhaps the bowtie was meant to be his collar.<\/span>\u00a0Although I do not know the thought process of these people, I have never seen a picture or person who has combined both.<\/span>\u00a0Okay, I’m done.<\/span><\/p>\n

Penguin<\/span><\/h5>\n

 <\/p>\n

Penguin<\/a>\u00a0was the final Minifigure in this set.<\/span>\u00a0He wore his iconic top-hat and had a very unattractive face.<\/span>\u00a0His torso was also cool and came with an umbrella.<\/span>\u00a0Two robot penguins with attachments were included to show his killer penguins.<\/span><\/p>\n

The set is now complete.<\/span>\u00a0It was actually quite good.<\/span>\u00a0It was a great boat. I have seen very few people dislike it. But I think it’s cool.<\/span>\u00a0We got a decent Bat Boat to get us out of our way.<\/span>\u00a0One Minifigure could be accommodated in the cockpit.<\/span>\u00a0Two stud shooters were located on each side. There were also two spring-loaded hidden shooters.<\/span>\u00a0A duck raft was also available to the Penguin.<\/span>\u00a0Two flick-fire missiles at the back and a rotating motor.<\/span><\/p>\n

The right side featured a Batman transformation chamber.<\/span>\u00a0The front can be placed Bruce Wayne, then Batman. Turn a knob at one end and it will appear that Bruce has transformed into Batman.<\/span>\u00a0The walkway was the only thing on top.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The middle was quite cool.<\/span>\u00a0The middle featured a huge Bat-Computer.<\/span>\u00a0A control area was provided with panels and a spinning chair.<\/span>\u00a0To reveal accessories for Batman, two attachments on the sides could be turned.<\/span>\u00a0A Technic play feature allowed you to lift a person off the ground onto an elevated platform.<\/span><\/p>\n

To the left is a dual jail cell.<\/span>\u00a0A Technic piece could be rotated behind the cell, allowing Penguin to escape.<\/span>\u00a0A rotating suit rack was next to it for Batman.<\/span>\u00a0The knob can be turned to rotate the entire rock of Minifigures.<\/span>\u00a0This wave has more space for other Batman suits.<\/span>\u00a0The Batcave featured unique play features, especially the lift and suit rack.<\/span>\u00a0This set was worth $100 USD.<\/span><\/p>\n
